Flux One

Flux One is the system of certified and patented mobile partition with continuous double glazing and universal rail profile that allows the insertion of steel or wood solid panels 18 mm thick. The profile, in anodized or painted aluminium, is 85 mm wide and 45 mm high and includes the insertion of glass plates with thicknesses that can vary from 10 to 12 mm. The same profile can contain a steel structure for the insertion of solid panels. Leveling systems allow to correct any unevenness.

Solid part – The steel structure (dimensions 42 x 35) is composed of 1.2 mm uprights and crosspieces. The gap of the structure allows the passage of installations both vertically and horizontally. The panels can be individually inspected and can be replaced and disassembled to allow the insertion of new installations. Thanks to the special universal upper and lower profiles, the solid panels, metal or wood, can be easily replaced with the glazed ones and vice versa: this makes Flux One a mobile partition that can be changed as you want.

Glazed part – The glass plates, inserted in the aluminium profiles, have a thickness from 10 to 12,78 mm.
In the central part of the profile, between the two glasses, it is possible the passage of electrical systems. A PVC gasket on the glass improves sound insulation and in the same space it is possible to insert LEDs in modular strips on request.

Flux One system achieves excellent seismic resistance performance thanks to special perimeter protections and cushioned support systems of glasses.
