Flux Mono.
The full glazed mobile partition Flux Mono is realized with anodized or painted aluminium profiles. The profile is 54 mm wide and 45 mm high and allows the insertion of a glass plate with thicknesses that can vary from 10 mm to 12 mm. A double PVC gasket guarantees the high acoustic performance of the partition.
Leveling systems, placed on the lower profile, allow the perfect alignment of the glass plate and the compensation of any differences in height. The floor and ceiling rail profiles guarantee fastening and adaptation to the masonry structures: the partition consists of an “L” shaped rail profile positioned and fixed to the floor through mechanical fasteners, after applying two EPDM expanded gaskets in connection with the existing building structure and a PVC extruded acoustic gasket in connection with the glass. This system allows the insulation from existing building structures, improving acoustic performance.
On the lower profile there are the leveling systems that allow to put the glass plates perfectly aligned and juxtaposed. The lower leveling allows to correct constructive differences in height of ± 3 mm for each plate applied. The system has a compartment for the passage of plants according to CE norms.
The structure is designed to receive small wiring. The solution with snap-on profiles in UV opal polycarbonate allows the housing of LEDs.
Flux Mono mobile partitions system has seismic certification.
